DRUID Conversational AI consolidates partnership with UBIQUITY for EMEA and North America markets
Druid Chatbot Platform, a platform that is already a reference AI-Powered no-code ChatBot, has established a strategic partnership with Ubiquity Technology, a specialist in Consulting, Automation and Process Engineering, for the EMEA and North America markets.
Through this partnership, UBIQUITY TECHNOLOGY is seeking to extend its offer of solutions and services, combining and integrating a set of tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and iBPM (Intelligent Business Process Management), a combination often referred to as HYPERAUTOMATION or Intelligent Automation, thus strengthening the value of automation to streamline business processes in a highly efficient way. Conversational AI (with the DRUID platform) is another of these tools that is now available for the Portuguese market and with native support for interpreting the Portuguese language of Portugal.
