Desired Skills:

  • Windows desktop support and fixing operating system/driver/software issues – Dell environment
  • Microsoft Office 365 – resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end-user support
  • Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues)
  • iPhone email support – AirWatch (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues).
  • ServiceNow experience, ticket and escalation handling
  • AV meeting room support and troubleshooting
    • Cisco VCs
    • Solstice
    • App Space
    • Liaise with Headquarters team and local AV vendor
  • Regional Technical Lead
    • Escalation point for the other desktop members
    • Opening tickets with Microsoft
    • Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and PowerShell scripting
    • Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
    • EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
    • Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
  • Process automation – Power Automate, MS Forms

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduation or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience of the ITIL principles (Including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)

Must Have

  • Excellent English communication skills
